No! SuperDivide supports unlimited members in any group. Whether you have 5 members or 500, the app performs smoothly. There are no per-person fees - pricing is per organization, not per member. Large groups get the same features as small groups: real-time sync, balance tracking, payment reminders, and detailed reporting.
Yes! Assign roles to control who can do what. Admins can add/remove members, edit any expense, and access all reports. Treasurers can manage expenses and payments but not member management. Members can view expenses and balances but might not be able to add expenses (your choice). This prevents accidental changes while maintaining transparency for everyone.
Add membership dues as an expense where each member owes the same amount. Send payment reminders to everyone who hasn't paid. As payments come in, mark them complete individually. The balance dashboard shows who's paid and who hasn't at a glance. For recurring annual dues, set it up once and it auto-repeats.
Absolutely! Not every expense involves everyone. When adding an expense, select which members to split it with. For example, if 10 members attended an event but your club has 30 members total, split that expense among only the 10 attendees.
